You will be aware that we are experiencing further difficulties with KGV email after a brief period of re-activation on Friday.

The email server that was old and due to be replaced in the summer 2018 has now experienced critical failure.

You will not be able to send and receive emails from your account including online access. 

Anyone sending you emails from outside the college may not realise you have not received their message, although they should receive a “Message Delayed” response after 24 hours.

We are treating this as the number 1 priority job in ICT and are working on a solution to rectify the situation using all relevant resources.

It is difficult to say when this situation will be fully resolved but we will keep you informed on developments through the intranet.
